One of our friendly partner primary schools in Hengoed is looking for a full-time Support Worker to join their team for the academic year. No formal qualifications are needed – just enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Assist teachers with everyday classroom activities
* Support pupils with additional learning needs, including Autism and ADHD
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being in the classroom
* Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed

We’re looking for someone who:
* Is kind, patient, and committed to helping children reach their potential
* Can bring transferable skills from backgrounds such as care, youth work, customer service, or similar roles
* Wants to gain experience in education and grow into a school-based career

* EWC Registration
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* References covering the past two years
