About the Role
Parker Andrews Ltd, a boutique firm of Insolvency Practitioners with offices across the UK, is recruiting an experienced Senior Insolvency Investigator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will manage a varied portfolio of both corporate and personal insolvency cases, working across multiple industry sectors and supporting our Insolvency Practitioners with investigations — particularly on complex and contentious matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong insolvency professional looking to take the next step in their investigations career.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct investigations across Administrations, CVLs, and Compulsory Liquidations
* Assist with antecedent transaction investigations and directors’ duties/misfeasance actions
* Support Directors’ Disqualification investigations and prepare related reports
* (Desirable) Handle investigative elements of Bankruptcy cases
* Work closely with Insolvency Practitioners, lawyers, accountants, creditors and directors
* Supervise, guide or support junior team members where required
* Manage a busy caseload with accuracy and strong attention to detail
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in insolvency investigations
* Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law — contentious and non-contentious
* Experience working across Administrations, CVLs and Compulsory Liquidations
* Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Highly IT literate (MS Office, business information systems, document platforms)
Desirable Skills
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
* Professional qualification (CPI, ACA, ACCA, or similar)
* Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems
* Ability to work collaboratively with lawyers and external stakeholders
