 * Committed to teamwork - collaborates closely with the headteacher, governors, and all staff to support school priorities.
 * Strong communicator - communicates positively, clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
 * Discrete and trustworthy - maintains confidentiality and demonstrates high levels of integrity.
 * IT proficient - proficient with Microsoft Office and open to using digital tools to enhance efficiency.
 * Aligned with our values - supports the Christian ethos of the school and contributes positively to our inclusive and friendly community.
