A major digital transformation programme within the National Health Service is seeking multiple Change & Adoption Consultants to support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies across 30–40 NHS Trusts.
This is a large-scale programme focused on helping organisations successfully adopt new technology, drive behavioural change and ensure users are confident using the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will play a key role supporting end users, delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot and the wider M365 suite.
The Role
* Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and M365 technologies
* Deliver user training, workshops and adoption sessions
* Help drive behavioural and organisational change across NHS trusts
* Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
* Work closely with stakeholders to improve user engagement and adoption
* Develop training materials, guidance and best practice documentation
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years experience in Change Management / Adoption roles
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption programmes
* Exposure to Microsoft Copilot
* Strong stakeholder engagement and training experience
* Ability to support large user communities through technology change
Desirable Experience
* Experience working with the public sector or healthcare organisations
* Experience supporting large digital transformation programmes
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem
Additional Information
* Remote role within the UK
* Occasional travel to NHS sites or team meetings
* Candidates must be UK based
