Role: Finance Manager
Salary: £65k-£70k plus bonus
A leading Real Estate Investment Manager are looking to hire a qualified accountant into their corporate accounting team and prepare Management Accounts, Board Packs, Tax compliance, Statutory Financial Statements and Budgeting & Forecasting for the UK entities.
As part of your role you will take on management responsibilities for a junior in the team who focuses on AP and AR for the entities.
This is a broad finance role at a well known brand which will give you a lot of exposure.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of management accounts
* Liquidity and cash monitoring
* Review ledger inputs and support junior team member
* Prepare intercompany schedules while liaising with overseas teams
* Prepare monthly management reporting packs
* Prepare cash flow forecasts
* Prepare quarterly Board packs
* Tax and VAT compliance
* Assist with audit requests
* Prepare UK statutory financial statements
* Coordinate annual Budgeting and Forecasting process
* Prepare variance analysis for performance against forecast
* FCA regulatory reporting
* Ad hoc project work, for example supporting finance system implementations
You aren't expected to have experience in all of the above responsibilities, the key requirements are for someone who is a qualified accountant with management accounting experience and is driven and can work in a fast paced environment.
