About The Team You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for a Senior Business & Category Insights Analyst to support the development of our European business. Based in our London office, you will play a key role in analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and category performance. You will actively contribute to shaping commercial strategies and supporting the growth of our product offering. What you will do You monitor market developments, competitor initiatives and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. You build and maintain category analysis models, including pricing, promotions, product lifecycle and SKU mix. You analyse sales and customer data to evaluate, adjust and optimise category strategies. You collaborate with supply chain teams to assess supplier capabilities, logistics performance and cost structures. You work closely with marketing teams to design targeted category campaigns (seasonal activations, cross-category initiatives, etc.). You provide insights to product and merchandising teams to improve product pages, search ranking and overall user experience. About you Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, consulting or a similar environment, ideally focused on business analysis, category management or merchandising. You are comfortable working with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or R, as well as data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Google Analytics is a plus. You are able to translate complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations. You have strong analytical skills, solid business acumen, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You are fluent in English.
