Are you a creative graduate with aspirations to become a therapist - in art therapy, drama therapy, play therapy, or counselling?
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Richmond is offering a unique opportunity for a Creative SEN Support Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025. You'll support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and social-emotional needs through engaging, expressive, and tailored approaches.

ROLE DETAILS
* Creative SEN Support Assistant
* Work with children with Autism, speech & language needs, and emotional regulation difficulties
* Incorporate creativity into learning and wellbeing support
* Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025
* Based in a Richmond primary school with a strong focus on inclusion and the arts
* £105 - £115 per day (based on experience and qualifications)
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to create a nurturing environment
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Degree in Art, Drama, Music, Psychology, Education, or related field
* Interest in therapeutic pathways (e.g., art/play/drama therapy, counselling)
* Creative, compassionate, and emotionally attuned
* Ability to engage children through imaginative and sensory approaches
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Open to training and reflection, with a passion for child development
