TheRole:
We seek a dynamic and resultsdrivenInternal Sales Executive to join our team in Winsford. As theInternal Sales Manager you will be pivotal in driving revenuegrowth and expanding our marketpresence.
The DailyDuties:
* Outbound coldcalling to nonactive and dormant customers to understand currentrequirements and reasons why they never/did and/or dont useus.
* Set up meetings for regional managers to goin and meet with them.
* Offer producttrials
* Contact existing live customer base godeeper and wider into accounts making them fully aware of the wholeproducts and services portfolio.
* Work withmarketing to launch productpromotions/events
* Follow up on enquiresfollowing trade events
* First point of contactfor new account enquiries
* Follow up followingthe opening of the account
* Tracking of newbusiness
TheResponsibilities:
* Leadmotivate and inspire a team of internal sales representatives toachieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expandmarket share.
* Identify new businessopportunities and develop relationships with prospectiveclients.
* Collaborate with the external salesteam to ensure alignment and maximize salesopportunities.
* Provide ongoing trainingcoaching and support to enhance the skills and performance of thesales team.
* Analyse sales data and markettrends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize onopportunities.
* Foster a customercentric culturefocused on delivering exceptional service and building longtermrelationships.
* Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize sales processes and enhanceefficiency.
TheQualifications:
* Proventrack record of success in sales management preferably in trafficmanagement or related industry.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and negotiate effectively.
* Strategicthinker who can develop and implement sales plans to achievebusiness objectives.
* Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret sales data and make informeddecisions.
* Resultsoriented with a passion fordriving sales success and exceedingtargets.
* Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or related field(preferred).
