Our client in the e-learning space are looking for a Salesforce RevOps Analyst to support a Salesforce optimisation programme focused on CRM remediation, operational improvement, and Revenue Cloud readiness. The role will focus heavily on hands‑on Salesforce data quality improvement and supporting the redesign of operational processes across the sales and renewal lifecycle.
Key Experience Needed
* Strong hands‑on Salesforce experience
* Salesforce remediation and data cleansing experience
* Experience improving CRM operational processes
* Understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud environments
* Exposure to RevOps or quote‑to‑cash workflows
* Strong data quality and governance understanding
Key Responsibilities
* Cleanse and rationalise Salesforce data
* Support Salesforce remediation and optimisation activities
* Improve data quality and governance processes
* Identify gaps and inconsistencies within Salesforce
* Support operational improvements across quote‑to‑cash workflows
* Assist with preparation for Revenue Cloud migration
* Work closely with architecture and RevOps stakeholders
