My client, an international supplier with an excellent reputation, is looking for a proactive, Sales Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
🔹 About the Role:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position supporting both the sales team and management. You'll be involved in everything from admin and supplier coordination to shipping logistics and occasional manual tasks.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support across the team
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
Order parts and materials from multiple suppliers
Assist with import/export shipping processes
Support with manual tasks when required
Use SAP ERP (training provided)
Occasional local travel required✅ What We're Looking For:
A background in an office support or administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Full, clean driving licence📍 Location: Office-based in Preston
