Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and analytical Finance Analyst to join the finance team. Reporting to the Group Rebates Manager, this role will focus on analysing large volumes of sales and rebate data, supporting accurate reporting, and ensuring adherence to strict financial controls and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining customer databases and price lists
* Calculating monthly rebates across multiple geographical regions using third‑party data
* Preparing month‑end rebate and sales reports for senior management
* Managing monthly payment runs and performing reconciliations
* Analysing wholesaler claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Liaising with customers and internal sales teams to resolve queries professionally
* Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
* Managing shared mailboxes across multiple regions
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
Who we’re looking for
* Educated to at least A-level standard (or equivalent)
* Minimum 1 year’s experience within a busy finance or data‑focused environment
* Strong experience working with large data sets, including analysis and reporting
* Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas
