Are you a passionate educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable General Cover Teachers to work across Secondary Schools in Solihull on a supply basis.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in varied classroom settings and enjoys the flexibility of choosing when and where they work.
What we’re looking for:
Cover Supervisors, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Instructors and QTLS holders
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about education
The role:
Covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups KS3-KS4
Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensuring a positive learning environment and maintaining behaviour standards
Flexibility to work in different schools, often with short notice
