Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Heathrow – Hybrid
The Company:
Our client is a leading international £200m+ M&E Contractor operating in sectors like Data Centre, Life Sciences, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Leisure/Hotels, and more. Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Place sub-contract orders with relevant Managers/Buying Department.
* Evaluate subcontractor/contract terms focusing on Risk, Program, Terms & Conditions, Design Responsibility.
* Prepare Tender Risk Analysis based on standard formats and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
* Run accurate Commercial Cost Control Reports, identifying committed and forecasted costs for materials, sub-contracts, labour, and preliminaries.
* Identify and develop responses to commercial risks with the Commercial Director.
* Provide advice on contractual claims, analyzing outcomes and forecasts.
* Prepare and present monthly project and business review reports following company standards.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly commercial reports and estimates as needed.
* Maintain strong client relationships to maximize current and future opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
