1. Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Chef de Partie
2. Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
3. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standards during night shifts.
4. Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised in line with hygiene regulations.
5. Monitor stock, control waste, and store ingredients correctly.
6. Coordinate with colleagues and provide a smooth handover to the morning team.
About you
You are a skilled and reliable, who works well independently during night shifts, maintaining high culinary standards, organisation, and attention to detail while ensuring a smooth handover to the day team. Previous experience in a hotel kitchen environment is preferred.
