A growing UK manufacturer of technical construction products to contractors, architects, specifiers and the wider built environment is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to strengthen lead generation and brand growth.
This role has been created to support continued expansion, new product launches and increased investment in digital marketing. The business has an established reputation within the construction sector, a loyal customer base and ambitious plans for further UK growth. Marketing is viewed as a key commercial function with real influence across the business.
Job Overview
This is a hands-on B2B marketing role focused on campaign delivery, lead generation and digital growth. Working closely with senior leadership and sales teams, the successful candidate will manage multi-channel marketing activity across CRM, website, email, LinkedIn, PPC and content. Success in the role will be measured through pipeline creation, campaign performance, brand visibility and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns targeting contractors, specifiers, architects and construction buyers
* Generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline through digital and traditional channels
* Manage CRM campaigns, email marketing workflows and lead nurture activity using HubSpot or similar platforms
* Oversee website content, landing pages, SEO improvements and user journey optimisation
* Support paid media activity including PPC, LinkedIn Ads and remarketing campaigns
* Create engaging content including case studies, brochures, product launches, email copy and social media posts
* Analyse campaign performance, lead conversion and ROI, providing regular insight and recommendations
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, technical and leadership teams
* Coordinate external agencies for design, web development or paid media where required
Person Specification
* 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive or Campaign Marketing role
* Proven B2B lead generation experience
* Background within construction, manufacturing, engineering, technical products, building materials or industrial sectors preferred
* Strong digital marketing skills across email, CRM, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC and website content
* Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar marketing automation systems
* Confident using data to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
