Are you a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician with a passion for commercial vehicles?
Were looking for a dedicated individual who leads by example in a busy workshop, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and enjoys mentoring others.
What Youll Do
Diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repairs on light commercial vehicles
Complete engine and gearbox replacements
Conduct eVHCs and safety inspections
Ensure final testing meets manufacturer and safety standards
Support and coach apprentice technicians
Maintain accurate, compliant records and a clean, safe workspace
Source parts efficiently and contribute to smooth workshop operations
Take part in ongoing manufacturer training and professional development
What Were Looking For
Experience in a main dealer or manufacturer-approved workshop (preferred)
Valid UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork
Experience mentoring apprentices ( desirable )
MOT tester qualification ( advantageous but not essential )
