This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to transition to the busiest sector in construction with a company offering a platform to a Director with further training and development.

Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* You are chartered or working toward chartership.
