The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide both practical and emotional support, empowering service users to live as independently as possible. Duties include:
Supporting daily living skills (meals, laundry, cleaning, personal care)
Assisting with health appointments and record keeping
Enabling service users to engage in community-based activities and social events
Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
