Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Domestic Plumbing & Heating Technician to join our team. In this mobile role, you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of domestic plumbing systems within commercial and tenanted properties. From routine repairs to urgent fixes, you’ll deliver high-quality service that meets our clients’ expectations.

Shifts run between: 08:00- 16:30, From Mon – Fri
Base Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS
Travel required: Across Salisbury Plain
Main Responsibilities:
Undertake both maintenance and installation work across commercial and industrial sites and projects.
Work with various plumbing systems including Press-fit, Soldered, ABS, and PVC.
Perform installations following working drawings
Provide details to colleagues for the development of quotations for additional works.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Complete certification and work orders to meet KPI's
Essential Criteria:
Qualified domestic plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
Ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs
Strong health and safety knowledge
Ability to lookahead, plan and work to tight deadlines.
Full driving licence is essential (company van provided)
