Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time) Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary, part-time basis until the end of December. FULLY REMOTE! You’ll be supporting day-to-day accounts payable activities, helping to keep payments running smoothly and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. Typical duties will include * Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs * Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies * Supporting month-end close related to AP * Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve invoice queries The ideal candidate will have * Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organisational and communication skills * Confident using accounting software and Excel Working Hours 15 hours per week – either 3 hours per day across 5 days or 5 hours per day over 3 days Please only apply if you’re available to start on the 10th November and are looking for a flexible temporary role to see you through the end of the year.
