Key responsibilities for an Outbound Sales Representative

* Making outbound calls to existing customers and building relationships.

* Drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships with existing accounts.

* Proactively reaching out to existing customers to drive sales and introduce new products.

* Successfully navigating negotiations to close deals and secure business.

* Efficiently answering any queries regarding products, processes, or prices.

Key skills for an Outbound Sales Representative

* Experience in a previous sales role.

* A proven history of successfully meeting sales quotas.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly self-motivated.

* A proactive, 'can-do' approach.
