Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain wire bending machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements.
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bending of wires.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.What we would like:
Previous experience operating wire bending machines or similar equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
