About you
* Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant experience in tiling and general construction
* Proven track record working within the construction industry
* Valid CSR Card and full driving licence
* Basic IT skills and effective time management abilities
* Reliable, flexible, and adaptable team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills
What you'll do
* Carry out tiling works on void and tenanted social housing properties
* Perform routine trade-related duties, including painting and decorating
* Complete work appointments efficiently using PDA systems
* Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
* Contribute to responsive maintenance and repair projects, adhering to health and safety standards
