What you’ll be doing: • Designing, configuring, and deploying Omada Identity solutions (cloud and on-prem), aligned to business and security requirements. • Onboarding and integrating applications and platforms including AD, Azure AD (Entra ID), SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud services via SCIM and REST APIs. • Automating joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes, optimising workflows, policies, and RBAC models within Omada Identity. • Providing 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshooting complex issues, managing SQL-based reporting, and maintaining clear technical documentation.
