Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, and proposals, ensuring performance meets the needs of a major water framework. Oversee the delivery of feasibility, outline, and detailed design stages, embedding best practice and collaborative working. Act as the key conduit between pre-construction and project management, setting up each project for successful delivery. Drive the Collaborative Target Cost agreement process, ensuring submissions are complete, robust, and to a high standard.
