Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
* Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring all linens are cleaned and folded efficiently.
* Uphold the highest standards of customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Experience
* Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* A background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
