Overall purpose
The Recruitment Partner plays a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary agency staff within a local government environment.
Key responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified agency workers in response to fluctuating staffing demands while driving initiatives that encourage the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles. Duties and responsibilties
Strong Knowledge of Temporary Staffing and Agency Worker Regulations
(including AWR, IR35, and employment rights)
Local Government Recruitment Experience
(understanding of public sector frameworks, funding pressures, and workforce dynamics)
Vendor and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Management
(ability to build effective partnerships and manage SLAs and KPIs) Essential requirements
Must have experience within Council settings.
