The newly created job reports to a Part‑Time Financial Director and between the team of two you will be responsible for the companys accounts. The job is newly created due to continued growth and will interest an experienced financial administrator looking for part‑time hours but within an ambitious setting.
Job
* As the Accounts Assistant your job purpose will be to provide accurate finance support to the business and stakeholders
* Management of the daily finance duties
* Introducing finance best practices, controls and procedures
* Liaison with the accountants
* Dealing with suppliers and query handling
* Supporting the month end process to TB level??
* Purchase ledger duties and expense processing
* Management of the company credit card accounts
* Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures
* Updating finance records daily
* Key accounts reconciliations
Who should apply
* An experienced finance assistant / Bookkeeper or accounts assistant
* Ideally someone who is confident and proactive in their work
* Strong work and Excel
* Able to work in a fast paced environmentAble to improvement processes
