We are working with a reputable IP firm who are seeking an Intellectual Property Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in Oxford.
In order to be successful, you will need existing experience working within a busy trade mark environment. It is essential to have a keen eye for detail and great deadline management. Additionally, you will need recent experience in dealing with a broad range of trade mark formalities tasks.
Duties:
* Managing trade mark portfolios.
* Preparing correspondence to IPOs, clients, etc.
* Updating clients on their cases.
* Acknowledging instructions.
* Drafting and filing trade mark forms.
