TIG Welder / Fabricator Ely | Up to £37,440 per year

Position 1 Recruitment is looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a growing precision engineering company in Ely. You will produce high-quality welded components for industries including medical, aerospace, and high-tech.
What Youll Do:
* TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, zintec, and aluminium (1mm3mm thickness)
* Weld box section frames and assemblies to tight tolerances
* Dress and finish welded components using hand tools, angle grinders, and orbital sanders
* Ensure all parts meet engineering drawings and specifications
* Support new product development, including fabricating jigs and fixtures
* Carry out general sheet metal and finishing work
What Were Looking For:
* Proven welding and fabrication experience, including TIG welding
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must provide your own hand tools (additional tools supplied as needed)
* Strong attention to detail and quality
