Key Responsibiliti
* esManage the Director’s diary, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointment
* s.Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder
* s.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minute
* s.Coordinate and prioritise incoming emails, calls, and request
* s.Maintain organised filing systems and company record
* s.Support project administration, including document control and schedulin
* g.Assist with office management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operation
* s.Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams professionally and efficientl
