As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and one-to-one mentoring to develop your skills in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
*
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to successful placement
*
Write and post engaging job advertisements
*
Negotiate offers and provide guidance to both clients and candidates
*
Achieve and exceed sales and activity targets
