As Change Manager, you'll guide the full change process-from identifying and assessing impacts to gaining approvals and ensuring smooth implementation. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives, you'll make sure every change is clearly communicated and well understood. You'll evaluate how changes affect scope, schedule, cost, and quality, sharing insights with the Project Director and senior stakeholders. By keeping accurate records, preparing clear reports, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulations, you'll help projects run seamlessly. You'll also spot opportunities to refine processes, embedding best practices that make change management more effective and collaborative.
