The Role
We are working alongside a leading fit-out contractor based in Greater Belfast area to recruit an Estimator.
In this role, you will play a key part in the commercial success of projects by delivering accurate and timely estimates. The company puts people and quality at the heart of everything they do, delivering high-quality interior and fit-out projects across retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will;
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define project scope and requirements.
* Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates and detailed take-offs for labour, materials, and subcontractors.
* Conduct site visits and source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Identify risks, value engineering options, and cost efficiencies to enhance project value.
* Support tender submissions, client presentations, and collaboration with project teams to align estimates with delivery.

The Ideal Candidate;
* Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of cost management, estimating, and contract administration.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication.
