Role: Shift Leader Department: Production / Operations Business/Location: Hortonwood, Telford Reporting to: Production Manager Hours: Rotational mornings and afternoons, Monday - Friday. Job Purpose To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing shift, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace, high-quality output and effective coordination of production machines, maintenance, and logistics functions. The role ensures all legal, regulatory, and company standards are adhered to and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
