About the Role
As an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process and providing professional Mortgage and Protection Advice. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions about their needs and objectives.
All appointments are made for you and everything is stringently pre-qualified by our experienced telephone team. Pre-appointment assessment is carried out, including credit worthiness to ensure the best quality prior to your appointment.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on mortgage products and protection plans.
* Assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
* Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
* Conduct thorough financial assessments and documentation.
Qualifications
* CeMap or equivalent.
* Experience of providing quality mortgage and protection advice.
* CAS status
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work remotely.
Preferred Skills
* Broker / whole of market experience is highly desirable (although not essential).
Pay range and compensation package
A very competitive base salary is payable, with OTE of £80k+ per annum.
