We’re looking for a Content & Engagement Manager to lead our clients content strategy — blending editorial expertise with AI-powered tools to deliver personalised, engaging communications across channels. You’ll set the tone, shape the message, and ensure everything they create resonates with their diverse audience. The Role: Lead and deliver their member content strategy and editorial calendar Write, edit, and commission engaging content across digital channels Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts Manage AI-assisted content creation tools and visual design workflows Oversee content for campaigns and digital publications Ensure consistency, tone, accessibility, and impact Use analytics to optimise performance and engagement The People: 5 years experience in content strategy, editorial or digital comms Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills Strong understanding of content performance metrics and optimisation Confident using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva, Jasper) Knowledge of UX writing, accessibility, and personalisation A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or digital media (essential) Whilst the role is a hybrid role suitable candidates will need to live in the North West in order to be able to make weekly trips to the office.
