Hours:6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (42.12 hours)

Principle Duties and Accountabilities:
* Be responsible for Customer Liaison Communications
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Direct Customer Liaison
* Support internal transport teams and other departments within the Business in the delivery of operational and administrative services to internal and external customers.
* Support senior transport teams.
* Provide administrative support to senior transport teams to ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
* Managing the in-house system and databases (CTrack, Ortec, AAIR)
* Escalation process to internal management
* General office duties include telephone enquiries from customers and employees.
Health & Safety:

Operational Support Liaison Assistant Health and Safety Responsibilities are:
* To understand and comply with the company health and safety policy.
* To influence and promote a positive health, safety culture within the organisation and lead by example.
* To report all health, safety, and environmental incidents to the Line Manager/SHEQW department within 2 hours of it happening
* Ensure workplace and welfare housekeeping is maintained.
* Comply with the company office risk assessment.
* Comply with and use the company Integrated Management System (IMS)
* To ensure you are aware of the company fire and first aid arrangements, and emergency evacuation procedure for you and your staff.
* Ensure regular monitoring is carried out to ensure compliance to legislative and company requirements.
Qualifications / Competency:
* Previous experience in an office environment is essential.
* Previous experience within the transport, waste, or logistics industry desired
* Must have the ability to take on responsibility for your own workload.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office systems including Word and Excel
* Ability to well under pressure
* Trustworthy
* Reliable
* Professional disposition
