Lincs Inspire is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Leisure Operations Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the leisure industry, with full training funded by us and the chance to secure a future permanent role at one of our Leisure Facilities once qualifications are successfully gained.

As a Leisure Operations Trainee, you will gain practical experience and develop your skills across the following areas:
* Instruction of inclusive gym and fitness activities for all ages
* Operational delivery of leisure facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for all users
* Provision of safe and enjoyable swimming sessions, supporting our commitment to water safety and community wellbeing

What happens after 6 months?
At the start of your fixed term employment, you will be required to sign a training agreement, committing to undertake the training within 6 months of your fixed term employment and accept the offer of a permanent position within Lincs Inspire. On successful completion of your training, you may be offered an opportunity to undertake further training alongside a contracted position within Lincs Inspire, with opportunities for further development and progression in a related role.
The appointment is subject to Enhanced DBS check. The selection process will include a Water Test, required for NPLQ training.
