Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of electricians and instrumentation technicians
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
- Coordinate with other supervisors, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Review and approve documentation, including test records and inspection reports
- Technical Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including wiring, control systems, and instrumentation calibration
- Familiarity with relevant UK standards and regulations (e.g., BS 7671, IEC 61511)
- Experience with project management software and documentation control

- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Typical qualifications include an HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus several years of experience in a similar role. Relevant certifications, such as City & Guilds or EAL, are also beneficial
