Suttons International, a family-owned global logistics business, seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Widnes Head Office Depot. The Role As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of a busy international workshop. Key Accountabilities Duties to include inputting/updating data within company software systems and third-party control documents Create, process, and close out Job packs (Task lifecycle) Monitor and process time sheets and clock in cards Maintaining and archiving of hard copy records Creation of third-party invoices Carry out general administration tasks associated with effective running of the Depot facility Support other office functions as required.
