This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The Role: Provide individualised support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering differentiated activities. Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and behavioural skills. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and SENCOs. Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
