We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and be proficient in MIG welding processes.
Package
* £15.96 per hour rising to £19.37 once permanent
* Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm
* Friday 10am - 8.20pm
* Temporary to permanent opportunity
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
* Communication with the Production Leader daily if any instruction is required
* Being pro-active to ensure workstations are set up with the required product and tools
* To ensure that all the products welded adhere to the highest quality standards
* To ensure that the factory achieves and performs at agreed efficiency levels
* To liaise closely with other departments to ensure we have a good working relationship to enable us all to work as one team and not as individuals
Education and Experience:
* MIG welding qualification would be beneficial, not essential
* Ability to read CAD drawing for weld instruction
* Ability to pass introduction weld test
