Overview
SIPS Education Limited is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team at SIPS Education.
This role will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to internal and external clients. The position involves supporting managers and schools with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and TUPE related matters.
Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and guidance to internal and external clients.
* Support managers and schools with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and TUPE related matters.
* Ensure customers receive excellent HR support as part of a team.
* Develop new service lines as required.
Qualifications
* Experience working with schools is a distinct advantage.
* Strong background in HR.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to support the development of new service lines.
* Desire to work as part of an enthusiastic and busy department.
* Ability to travel around the Midlands area.
* Fluent spoken English (essential).
Employment Details
* Part time: 30 hours per week.
* 52 weeks a year.
* Hybrid working available.
* Requests for term time working will be considered.
