We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and motivated Contracts Manager to join our Sheffield operations team. The role involves managing construction projects, leading project teams, communicating objectives, and ensuring company procedures are followed.

Job Purpose
To manage construction projects effectively, ensuring profitable, timely, and high-quality delivery. The Contracts Manager leads the project team, communicates objectives, and enforces procedures.
Responsibilities
* Set and uphold high safety and environmental standards.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
* Plan all project aspects, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
* Own project programmes, develop, track, and adjust as needed.
* Manage design processes and consultant teams to meet budgets and timelines.
* Promote company vision, values, and continuous improvement culture.
* Set goals for team members and support their development.
* Empower managers to make appropriate decisions.
* Manage profit and loss, collaborating with QS to meet financial targets.
* Report delays or disruptions and work towards resolutions.
Experience and Skills
* At least 3 years as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
* Experience in D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts. Knowledge of preconstruction and tendering processes.
