Responsibilities
* Manage a team of 5 administration-based staff in the warehouse operations team
* Oversee team performance, manage queues of orders and output from the team, ensuring orders are processed to scheduled deadlines
* Collaborate with other departments within the organisation, managing queries and escalations
* Problem solve when issues arise and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
* Coach team members to improve skills and performance
Requirements
* Previous people management experience
* Strong problem-solving skills to resolve escalations
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with different teams and stakeholders
* A proactive approach to get results
* Experience in roles such as Office Supervisor, Administration Supervisor, Office Manager, Administration Manager, Admin Manager, Operations Team Leader, Warehouse Team Leader, Logistics Supervisor
* Security clearance will be required for this role
Salary: up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a broad flexible benefits scheme. Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
