Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position will be highly motivated, career-driven, and experienced in the current sales market.
Duties will include:
* Growing the volume of new sales business and income for the branch.
* Conducting appraisals and instructing residential sales properties.
* Identifying other potential business opportunities and referring them to the appropriate division.
* Ensuring high-quality customer care.
* Meeting and exceeding targets for lettings business.
* Registering, qualifying, and managing applicants.
* Arranging and conducting viewing appointments to secure property lets.
* Working in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
* Implementing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
* Developing the core business within the branch.
* Carrying out monthly 1-2-1 meetings with staff.
Skills required:
* Previous experience in a senior sales position with a proven track record of securing new business.
* Listing and valuation experience.
* Excellent sales abilities.
* High-level customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* Negotiation skills.
* Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Responsiveness to change.
