Responsibilities
* Support incoming enquiries via telephone, email and webchat and convert them into sales.
* Process customer orders and provide administrative support to ensure high service and upsell other products and services to maximise business opportunities.
* Initially handle enquiries; progress to bringing on new business, targeting new customers and market areas for growth.
Profile / qualifications
* Fluent in French.
* Previous sales or customer service experience.
* Experience in sales or customer service looking to transition to the sector.
