Overview
Accreditation and ACTS Coordinator - 6 month FTC
Responsibilities
* Plan and organise IChemE’s programme of Accreditation & ACTS visits worldwide in collaboration with the Accreditation Specialist.
* Ensure excellent service throughout the accreditation cycle and continually seek ways to streamline processes and improve stakeholder experience.
* Coordinate with member volunteers and ensure appropriate team mix from UK and international destinations, avoiding conflicts of interest.
* Provide support to a rolling programme of Accreditation/ACTS visits and arrange assessors for each visit.
* Engage volunteers to confirm availability for visits and manage expenses.
* Plan and organise workshops or training events related to accreditations or ACTS.
* Raise invoices/POs and maintain CRM records.
* Develop ACTS annual reports and ensure documentation aligns with IChemE standards and regulator requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
* Maintain accurate documentation and records that meet regulator audit requirements.
* Provide accurate and accessible information for the IChemE website.
* Create/align and manage processes and documentation in accordance with IChemE standards and regulator requirements and update accordingly when changes occur.
* Support a rolling programme of Accreditation/ACTS visits and coordinate assessor teams with appropriate UK and international representation and no conflicts of interest.
* Provide volunteer support, confirming availability for visits and managing expenses.
* Support planning and organisation of workshops or training events related to accreditations or ACTS.
* Experience with invoicing, purchase orders and CRM systems.
* Experience developing ACTS annual reports.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Contract and location
This is a full-time, 6 month fixed term contract based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position is based at our Rugby offices in the UK. Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered.
Starting salary circa £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits including an excellent pension scheme.
