* Hours per week – 39 including weekends
* Salary – up to £28,000 depending on experience

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Listening to patients, giving clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers whilst understanding NHS procedures & applying our own high standards.
* Dispensing lenses (single vision, bi‑focal & varifocal).
* Carrying out pre‑screening examinations and working alongside the wider team in day‑to‑day running of clinics.
* Taking measurements and supporting patients with collections, ensuring fit, comfort & accuracy of frames are checked thoroughly.
* Maintaining delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful retail team.
What we’re looking for?
* Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.
* Passion for providing excellent customer service.
* Teamworking.
* IT confident.
* Excellent communication and listening.
* Ability to adapt and develop.
